The Role

As a Sales Representative at Erie Home, you'll be more than a seller; you'll be a dream maker. Present our exceptional stone-coated residential roofing application, utilizing pre-set, high-interest appointments. Conduct engaging in-home sales presentations, accurately determine pricing measurements, present competitive offers, and negotiate contract closes. Requirements

Qualifications to Join Erie Home as a Sales Rep

  • Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance – Gear up for success on the road.
  • Schedule – Available for middays, evenings, and Saturday appointments.
  • Results-Oriented Sales Approach - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets effectively, or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled in Overcoming Objections - Proficient in handling and resolving customer concerns.
  • Highly Self-Motivated with Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Thrives independently while excelling in building rapport and communication.
