Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop sales opportunities through outbound inquiry
  • Research and identify new prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Negotiate rates with customers for a variety of transportation solutions
  • Communicate and represent company brand and services
  • Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with industry experts in a team-driven environment
  • Utilize provided resources to build and manage a book of business

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of successful sales experience
  • Outbound phone sales preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Ability to build business relationships
  • Regular attendance is required
