Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:
Provide assistance to mechanics by opening work orders and inputting repair notes into work orders. Ordering and delivering needed non-stocked parts to mechanics as requested. This person is also responsible for maintaining an organized part warehouse and aiding in stock replenishment orders. Other duties as assigned by management.
Duties:
•\tDevelop strong mechanic and vendor relationships through successful management of repair needs.
•\tProcess parts orders and parts running for Night Mechanics.
•\tReceive parts into inventory.
•\tDocument and input all parts to workorders.
•\tEnter the details of repair jobs onto work orders from Mechanics notes on the company ERP system.
•\tKeep Management informed on repair trends and parts consumption.

Requirements and Skills:
•\tComputer Literacy and knowledge of office software programs.
•\tExcellent communications and customers service skills.
•\tStrong record keeping skills.
•\tAbility to understand and relate technical issues to workorders.
•\tBilingual (Spanish).
•\tClean MVR.
