Job DescriptionJob Description

Effective Scheduling will require effective coordination with client sites and other company functions - Sales, CSR, Engineering, other fixed and mobile locations.

Tasks and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Execute and develop a weekly planned schedule for all mobile service work.
  • Ensure all mobile and fixed location technicians are fully utilized and FleetCrew meets customer expectations/promises.
  • This will require tracking work orders, creating repair quotes, and ordering parts
  • Ensure staff accountable for the execution and delivery of the FX work orders complete work as scheduled.
  • Maximize labor productivity of all field staff and send completed work orders for billing.
  • Help the team on other small projects.

The Service Coordinator will need to anticipate variables and have contingency plans in place to quickly and efficiently respond. This will include but not limited technician call outs, road traffic delays, weather delays, vendor delays, client delays due to vehicles not being available as expected etc.

Must be able to multitask and be ultra-organized as you will work on different things at once. Looking for individuals who have a high sense of urgency and a positive can-do outlook. Must be organized with superior administrative skills.

Applicant Requirements

  • 5 years professional administrative experience.
  • Experience with a mobile dispatching scheduling software, Salesforce, QuickBooks and GPS systems
  • Strong PC literacy, advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel,
  • Excellent verbal and written and effective communication skills. (Bilingual Preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve with initiative, and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Customer service mindset and high interpersonal savvy and approachability.
  • Consistent pleasant and professional demeanor toward all levels of team members.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum oversight – with initiative in solving problems.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: Dispatching: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
