The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working in the financial industry and wants to contribute to the growth of their business long-term.
Specific Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Client Service Associates help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care.
- Account administration & maintenance.
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, processing money movement transactions as an example.
- Maintain proper notes in CRM system.
- Coordinate and follow up on each client request.
- Educate clients on account services & capabilities.
- Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts.
- The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
- Financial Industry experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive Management Style and consistent follow-through.
*** This position is a full time, in office position at the firm's San Fernando Valley location. The position requires a candidate with good credit only. There is another opening in Newport Beach office.
