  • We have two full-service restaurants that need management support.
  • Training and coaching FOH staff. Keeping them on their game with high service standards.
  • Glad-handing our guests during every service. Creating relationships with the regulars, learning names and quirks.
  • We won't bog you down with office work Very little administrative work and you don't have to do payroll
  • Details, details, details There is no detail too small when it comes to service.
  • Demonstrative experience with controlling labor and cost of goods.

What are the perks?

Obviously, we're having a ton of fun, but let's talk about the things you really care about:·

  • Shift meal, plus 50% discount at any of our other restaurants up to groups of 4·
  • Paid Time off - 1 week per year after 6 months employed
  • You can totally get sick because we pay your health benefits. 100% covered after 90 days. And your family can get sick too but we're only paying half.
  • Speaking of family, you can't use your job as an excuse not to see them on holidays anymore cause we're closed for them all Even Christmas Eve? Yep. Labor Day too? Of course What about Memorial Day? Yes Stop asking so many questions (You can still tell your family you're working if you want. We promise not to tell)
  • In addition, we have rearranged the tasks of the typical GM. In your roll you will NOT have to:

Perform Payroll. Perform Financial Reports. Place Orders. Manage HR.
