The Insurance Office Rep will handle inquiries and provide information regarding insurance policies and services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of insurance products and procedures.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing information on insurance policies, coverage options and claims processes
  • Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, changes and cancellations.
  • Prepare and provide insurance quotes based on client needs and company guidelines
  • Schedule and manage appointments for insurance agents
  • Guide clients through the claims process, providing necessary forms and documentation
  • Follow-up with pending claims and ensure clients are kept informed of the status
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • Property Casualty licensed is highly preferred; if not licensed it is required that obtain your licensing which is paid for by the company
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience in an insurance office or customer service role is preferred experience
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, terminology and processes
  • Strong Computer skills
