Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home care industry.

- Manage a team of talent acquisitionist, and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates for various home care positions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to establish a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

- Oversee the use of various recruiting platforms and social media, as well as the coordination of open houses and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate information in our applicant tracking system.

- Work with the Director of Compliance to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle and meeting hiring goals.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and colleagues.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruitment tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
