Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive film installation, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working with a variety of vehicles to install window tints and paint protection films, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Help in developing and growing company PPF and Tint installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

                •  Install window tints and paint protection films (PPF) on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

                •  Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.

                •  Prepare vehicles for installation, including cleaning and prepping surfaces.

                •  Use precision tools and techniques to apply films without bubbles, creases, or imperfections.

                •  Maintain a clean and organized work area.

                •  Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining the benefits and care of installed products.

                •  Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues.

                •  Stay updated on the latest installation techniques and industry trends.

                •  Collaborate with team members and assist with training as needed.

                •  Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

 

Requirements:

                •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in window tint and PPF installation.

                •  Proficiency with various types of window films and PPF materials.

                •  Strong attention to detail and precision in application.

                •  Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

                •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

                •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues.

                •  Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

                •  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

                •  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with installation work.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

                •  Certification from a recognized window tint or PPF training program.

                •  Experience with computer-cut film software and equipment.

                •  Familiarity with different automotive makes and models.

                •  Previous experience in a high-volume installation environment.
