Location: Tucson, AZ

Compensation: Starting Pay $17.00 per hour

Benefits: Full Time Benefits and Weekly Pay

Schedule: Day shift scheduled within store hours:
Monday - Friday: 6am - 5pm
Saturday: 8am - 12noon
Sunday: Closed

As a Store Sales Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our retail and contractor customers return to our store. Your exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming environment for both regular and new customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their needs as they enter the store.
  • Providing solutions to customers' inquiries.
  • Mixing, tinting, and matching paint according to customer specifications.
  • Safely handling products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment.
  • Processing orders and payments received in-person, by phone, online, and/or email.
  • Utilizing the POS system for transactions.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales growth goals and enhancing employee engagement through training and motivation.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
