Digital Channels Senior Analyst
Assists in managing the day to day Digital Channels section of the Operations Department covering cash management, retail online banking, ATM installations and digital product support. In this role, the AC –Digital Channels Senior Analyst works closely with the Department Manager in interacting with various software and hardware vendors to ensure operational efficiency across all products. The Digital Channels Senior Analyst will sometimes participate in management meetings, maintain an active relationship with various bank providers and work with other staff to communicate, train and follow up on system or procedural changes.
Responsibilities:
System Administrator for FirstLink Online/Mobile Banking (Corillian Online ASP / Mobiliti ASP)
- Setup and maintain bank employees in the Relationship Manager Administration system
- Setup and maintain all bank products in the Relationship Manager Administration system
- Link client accounts in the Signature core system for access with FirstLink Online Banking
- Test all system releases and keep bank staff updated regarding system changes or enhancements
- Provide support to all branch personnel regarding online banking questions or problems
- Report any system issues and work directly with Fiserv until a resolution is in place
- Attend monthly status meetings with the bank’s Technical Account Manager
- Provide training to bank personnel as needed regarding system access and use
- Create training documentation and procedures for bank use
System Administrator/Cash Management Representative for Business Online Banking
- Meet with newly on-boarded clients of Business Online Banking
- Setup and maintain clients on the Access Manager administration system for system profiles on Business
Online
- Provide first line support to all Business Online clients
- Provide on-site or ZOOM training for Business Online clients
- Create monthly billing files and charge clients appropriately
- Test all system releases and keep bank staff updated regarding system changes or enhancements
- Report any system issues and work directly with Fiserv until a resolution is in place
- Attend monthly status meetings with the bank’s Account Operations Manager and Account Executive
- Create training documentation and procedures for bank use
System Administrator for CheckFree Online Bill Payment System
- Reset employee passwords when locked out
- Research customer or bank employee inquiries regarding payments
- Test all system releases and keep bank staff updated regarding system changes or enhancements
- Report any system issues and work directly with Fiserv until a resolution is in place
System Administrator for FirstDeposit (Remote Deposit Capture)
- Meet with newly on-boarded clients of RDC
- Setup and maintain clients on the RDC administration system for system profiles on FirstDeposit
- Provide first line support to all FirstDeposit clients
- Provide on-site or ZOOM training for FirstDeposit clients
- Create and maintain the monthly reporting of all RDC clients
- Test all system releases and keep bank staff updated regarding system changes or enhancements
- Report any system issues and work directly with Fiserv Open Check until a resolution is in place
- Create training documentation and procedures for bank use
System Administrator for Telephone Banking (ConvergeVRU)
- Requests any changes to VRU system directly through software provider and performs validation testing
- Reports any system issues to Department Manager and works directly with software provider until a resolution is in
place.
New Product Implementation
- Work with the VP Digital Channels Manager to discuss usage opportunities for new services
- Work with Digital Channels Manager to test, implement and communicate any new products that have been purchased and are being put into production
- Ensure all digital products are always in service and available, within our control
Assist with Fiserv Signature core system bank wide support
Assist AVP Digital Channels Assistant Manager with setup and implementation of ATM hardware/software in all locations
Assist with any necessary preparation for new branch locations or existing branch location modifications
Qualifications:
• High School degree or equivalent
• 4 Year Accredited Bachelors (preferred)
• 3 years’ experience in banking industry or financial operations center
• Ability to work under direct supervision and independently
• Good interpersonal skills to work well with peers and supervisors
• Positive, energetic enthusiasm to learn and share knowledge
• Dependability to carry out tasks timely and accurately
• Proficiency in MicroSoft Suite, Adobe Pro PDF
