About Us:

Create Change Wellness Center is a dedicated behavioral health agency providing essential mental health services to youth and families in Northern New Jersey. Our comprehensive services include Intensive In-Home/Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA), parenting skills training, tutoring, and mentoring. We are actively seeking experienced licensed mental health providers (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic team as independent contractors.

What is a Contract Position?

A contract position offers the flexibility to work on your terms. Instead of being a full-time employee, you'll provide services on a contractual basis, giving you control over your workload and schedule. This arrangement is perfect for those who value autonomy and flexibility in their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Regularly Scheduled Services: Work directly with youth and families in their homes or communities.

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Tailor plans to meet the unique clinical needs of each client.

  • Participate Actively: Engage in the youth and family’s Child Family Team meetings.

  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate records using our electronic record system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ Professional License such as, LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT

  • Valid NJ Drivers License
