Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Clinical Therapist. Therapy Greenhouse is currently seeking to hire experienced therapists to join our practice. Flexible hours and excellent pay. We value a work/life balance and allowing you to work with your ideal population. We focus on the business responsibilities so you can enjoy providing client care. We handle insurance claims, billing, marketing, referrals, etc. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining client records.

 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Psychologist
  • Must have valid licensure in the State of New Jersey
  • Experience in conducting individual and/or couples therapy sessions
  • Knowledge of different therapeutic techniques and modalities (EMDR and Gottman Method training is a bonus)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems - We utilize SimplePractice
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy setting (therapist is expected to have a private location and have a working laptop for audiovisual sessions).

 

Upon completion of insurance credentialing and building your caseload, it is expected to maintain a minimum of 10 clients per week distributed between 2 evenings and 1 day/afternoon.
