Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Therapy Greenhouse team to ensure seamless client care and efficient practice operations.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- Experience in conducting individual and/or couples therapy sessions.
- Knowledge of different therapeutic techniques and modalities, with a preference for EMDR and Gottman Method training.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, specifically SimplePractice.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy setting, with a private location and a working laptop for audiovisual sessions.
Upon completion of insurance credentialing and building your caseload, it is expected to maintain a minimum of 10 clients per week, distributed between 2 evenings and 1 day/afternoon.
