Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking full time office manager for busy veterinary practice to join our team  We are looking for someone who wants to find a lasting position and we intend to keep you.

Responsibilities:

  • Making appointments
  • Checking in and discharging clients
  • Filling prescriptions
  • Invoicing and tracking inventory
  • Stocking shelves, general housekeeping
  • Updating records by scanning and filing test results
  • Keeping all logs current
  • Co-managing subordinates, and other tasks.
  • Multi tasking with present clients
  • Phone clients and doctors is a required skill.
  • Manage records and information

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to handle cats and large dogs also required.
  • Your own car is necessary.
  • Usual office apps must be included in skills performed;
  • Spelling and good phone etiquette are mandatory.
  • Drug testing prior to employment and periodic through the year is to be expected
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
