Responsibilities:
- Prepare and work with departments, attorneys, patent agents, and foreign counsel for filing international applications
- Prepare client correspondence from USPTO and foreign counsel
- Organize and manage multiple tasks with time sensitivity
- Manage internal dockets
- Proofread, redline, and edit documents prepared by attorneys, patent agents, and foreign counsel for accuracy, comprehension, and overall grammar and punctuation
- Communicate with clients to complete tasks and maintain confidentiality
- File internal documents
- Process billing and time entry
Requirements:
- 3+ years of intellectual property experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient, flexible and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
Work Model:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
