Max Tallent Construction is looking for a construction worker to join the field team. Our projects span across South Florida's luxury residential and commercial markets providing design, construction and project management expertise. A great candidate for this position will bring prior experience and display a high level of professionalism at all times.

The position includes the utilization of machinery and tools and difficult physical labor. Candidates with their own set of tools are preferred. We are looking for someone who has experience in fields such as carpentry, painting and drywall/finish work. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to commute. The candidate must speak English and be familiar with reading a set of construction plans and architectural elevations. We are looking for a team member who can follow direction, work quickly, and is interested in learning new skills in the construction industry.
