Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our clients and internal staff
- Perform client requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary HCM software
- Work with clients and internal staff to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Perform new client HCM orientations and training via webinar
- Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully utilizing system
- Communicate with client and internal team, including priorities, project status and issues
- Demonstrate commitment to quality of product and service
- Develop and maintain user and internal documentation
- Submit enhancement inquiries and requests to software development company
- Research and test new product features and demonstrate them to clients and internal staff
- Configure and test time clock hardware
- Other duties as assigned
