This pivotal role involves generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining robust customer relationships. As a broker with our team, you will represent some of the most prestigious brands in the luxury boating industry, including Absolute, Belize, Beneteau, Chris Craft, Riviera, and Sunseeker.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and secure quality brokerage listings.
  • Maintain precise client records using Yachtcloser, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective negotiation and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, including current boat availability and pricing.
  • Participate actively in boat shows and special events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Quote precise pricing to clients, including details on taxes, freight, trade-ins, and financing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record in high-ticket sales environments.
  • Licensed Broker
  • Strong familiarity with the marine industry; knowledge of yachts preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and utilize Yachtcloser.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and exceptionally organized.
