Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Residential Leasing / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the residential leasing operations, ensure a smooth leasing process for our tenants and provide administrative support to the office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing

  • Greet and assist potential tenants, providing information about available properties.
  • Assist in the application process, including screening tenants, verifying information, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding leasing availability.
  • Assist in processing lease renewals and rent payments.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain tenant records and files, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional events.

General Office

  • Open/ close office daily.
  • Handle all phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Vehicle permit roster management.
  • Work order management.
  • General administrative support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
