Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract and educate new residents
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion and are entered and tracked electronically
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
  • Timely collection of rents and enforce property evictions when necessary
  • Maximize lease renewals and occupancy
  • Accurate and detailed records in Yardi
  • Responsive to marketing leads and active use of CRM software
  • Enter bills into software for expense tracking and payment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Yardi experience is required
  • Familiarity with real estate leases and Fair Housing regulations
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to success
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, speak and write English is required; Spanish is a plus.
