Currently, they are seeking to fill the position of Group Benefits Account Manager. This role involves overseeing the full renewal process for various accounts and ensuring a seamless benefits administration experience for clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full renewal process for 200 Fully Funded House accounts with 2-20 lives, including setting pre-renewal meetings, policy review, obtaining estimates & quotes, negotiating with carriers, and making presentations.
  • Oversee clients benefits administration experience, ensuring accurate data entry with Benefits Navigator and Eaze.
  • Upsell ancillary services and earn a 2% bonus monthly based on the size of the book of business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits experience from an independent broker background.
  • Proficiency in plan review, obtaining estimates & quotes, negotiating with carriers, and conducting presentations.
  • Must reside within an hour of the office and be open to a hybrid work model.
