**Job Title: Roofing Site Coordinator**

 

**Overview:**

As a Roofing Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of roofing projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of site management, including logistics, scheduling, communication, and quality control. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with different teams will be essential in successfully completing roofing projects on time and within budget.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Project Coordination:** Coordinate all activities related to roofing projects, including material delivery, equipment setup, and crew scheduling.

  

2. **Site Management:** Oversee day-to-day operations at roofing sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

 

3. **Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the roofing company, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Maintain clear and timely communication to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.

 

4. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular inspections to ensure that roofing work meets company standards and industry regulations. Identify and address any quality issues promptly.

 

5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and inspections. Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders as needed.

 

6. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with project managers, roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and optimize project efficiency.

 

7. **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify potential obstacles or risks and develop solutions to mitigate them. Address any issues that may impact project progress or quality.

 

8. **Customer Relations:** Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries, providing updates on project status, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the roofing project.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Previous experience in construction or roofing project coordination.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
