Position Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist at the corporate office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about products and services. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and stakeholders, advocating for customer needs and collaborating closely with various teams to deliver timely solutions. *YOU MUST HAVE MAUNFACTORING EXPERIENCE* *BONUS OFFERED: Performance plus 5% of your salary*
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to expedite customer queries, issues, and needs.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information using Salesforce CRM.
- Initiate telephone contact with inactive accounts to assess needs and overall engagement.
- Proactively support and assist clients or prospects to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Act as the "customer advocate" for a designated group of customers.
- Support and execute Service Focused Campaigns to enhance customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on overall customer health, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Understand the sales order flow and engage as necessary to ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Provide active support to the Project Management group to track job status or address queries in a timely manner.
- Assist the overall Marketing and Customer Service group as required.
- Promote and communicate activities, including Trade Show participation, case studies, and new innovations, to customers and prospects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing service-oriented, customer-focused role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate across various teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and embracing the philosophy that "Customer is always right."
