Role Description:
As a Debt Settlement Sales Specialist, you'll be pivotal in our mission to offer top-tier debt resolution services. Operating from our Beverly Hills office, you will guide clients nationwide on their path to financial freedom. With thousands of high-quality leads generated daily through our extensive webforms and over 500+ inbound calls from individuals actively seeking debt relief, you’ll have unparalleled opportunities to engage with potential clients and close deals—no cold calling required
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs with tailored debt resolution advice.
- Efficiently manage multiple leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Contribute to and collaborate with the team for continuous enhancement of our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, especially in debt or related industries, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with call center dialers, particularly BlueRock dialer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRMs, with Debt Pay Pro knowledge being a plus.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity for all clients.
- Preferred early work start (6-7am) for optimal lead engagement.
- Occasional remote work availability, especially on Saturdays.
- Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, have an edge.
- Solution-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Educational background in finance or sales is a plus.
- Aptitude for reading and interpreting credit reports is ideal, though not mandatory as training will be provided.
