Holstrom, Block & Parke, a Professional Law Corporation, is seeking a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant for our Corona office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate high-volume calendars
  • Provide administrative support to Attorney(s)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with court staff, clients' and internal staff
  • Identify and address individual situations and determine appropriate actions, monitor status of pending items, and provide follow up on a daily and ongoing basis.
  • Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Work as a main point of contact between sites
  • Performs other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Technologically advanced
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative/Executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Established client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Ability to adapt as business needs transform
  • Capability to work alone or collaborate in a group
  • Legal experience, specifically Family Law, a plus
