BeBalanced Wellness Coach/ Consultative Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiened Coach to join our weight loss center specializing in hormone balancing consultative sales.

Responsibilities:-

 Lead a consultation with prospective clients to determine if BeBalanced is the right fit for
them, and which elements of our programs will address their concerns.
 Be educated and passionate about the BeBalanced supplements and creams and able
to communicate how they benefit our clients.
 Be educated and prepared to address questions and/or concerns regarding the
elements of the BeBalanced protocols.
 Review list of medications and medical history on New Client Profile to identify high risk
clients, and follow procedure if doctor note is needed.
 Walk the client through the program set-up.
 Provide necessary appointments with the client for each phase of the program.
 Be prepared to deescalate any difficult situations with clients.
 Provide clear and detailed documentation of the clients’ experience throughout the
process, as well as any personal information that is relevant to their experience.
 Provide support and troubleshoot concerns through the process.
 Celebrate their successes and encourage them to do the same.
 Correspond professionally as needed via email and text message.
 Cultivate raving fans from our client base to encourage referrals.
 Provide extravagant hospitality and customer service as part of the BeBalanced team.
 Look for opportunities to exceed your client’s expectations in the way we serve and care
for them.

 Participate in community outreach opportunities as available - expos, fairs, in-house
events, lunch and learns, etc.
 Communicate any concerns or pertinent information with the Center Manager or Owner
to work on difficult clients or situations.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the weight loss or healthcare industry.

.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Knowledge of hormone balancing and weight loss techniques is highly desirable.- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Evening shift

 

Weekly day range:

 

  • Monday to Friday
