JOB SUMMARY

As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping our NIH client leverage data to drive decision-making, uncover insights, and achieve business objectives through effective and engaging visual representations of data.

This opportunity is full-time with Covalent and is on-site in Rockville, Maryland.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the project manager to define success metrics and criteria.
  • Ensuring the program/project meets success parameters and business objectives stated in the project plan and charter.
  • Providing transparency and communication on project status and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining visual representations of data to help organizations make informed decisions. This role involves creating interactive dashboards, reports, and charts that translate complex data into accessible insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Desired certifications.

      • Power BI Data Analyst

Work Experience

  • 5+ Experience with Agile methodology.
  • 5+ years of working with Microsoft Power BI
