Job DescriptionJob Descriptionin this role you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse stock and technician's inventory. 

Must have an incredible attention to detail, focus and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Process incoming parts and supply orders for the field, partners, and customers, ensuring efficient distribution to meet customer requirements.
  • Work with Excel to maintain inventory reports
  • Verify inventory accuracy against reports and correct discrepancies.
  • Issue orders to meet customer needs, define safety stock levels, and manage internal sub-component builds and rework requirements.
  • Collaborate with department managers to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Update minimum and maximum inventory levels for warehouse and field.
  • Follow up on Defective Material Reports to close out.
  • Manage partner forecasts.
  • Work with suppliers, sea, air, and domestic freight providers to expedite material flow and meet production schedules.
  • Promote good housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Assist with repair workflow by staging and cleaning parts.
  • Support 5S activities in the work area.
  • Adhere to all OSHA requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by the manager.
  • Move finished product to the proper BIN location.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Strong sense of urgency in fulfilling part requirements.

· Ability to sit for extended periods.

· Preferred inventory planning experience.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Able to lift to 40 lbs.
