Job DescriptionJob Description

Our office is currently looking for a full time Medical Receptionist for our busy clinic in Lacey, WA. Our clinic is fast paced and sees a high volume of patients daily. Our office is a wonderful team of 3 Chiropractors, 6 Massage Therapists and an esthetician.

The hours for this position are:

Monday 8:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday 9:00am-6:00pm

Wednesday 8:30am-2:30pm

Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm

Duties that you would be responsible for are:

*Checking patients in/out of the office
*Collecting all the documentation needed
*Collecting payment from patients
*Scheduling appointments
*Opening/Closing the office
*Reminding patients of upcoming appointments
*Scanning documents into patient files

Skills that we are looking for:

*Ability to multitask
*Experience in a medical practice
*Able to handle occasional difficult patients
*Experience with Electronic Health Records (ChiroTouch preferred)

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
