What You’ll Do:

As the Director, you will:

- Strategically Lead: Design and implement robust plans that align with our business objectives, managing the entire process from staffing to deployment across multiple counties.

- Architect Excellence: Support and develop a cutting-edge network architecture that ensures security, reliability, and scalability to meet evolving demands.

- Drive Innovation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of S1/S2 services, collaborating with talented network engineers, architects, and trusted vendors.

- Optimize Performance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of technicians, ensuring peak performance and uninterrupted service delivery.

- Manage Projects: Take ownership of projects from initiation through completion—balancing planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines to achieve success.

- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
