The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Senior Manager of Warehousing to organize and motivate a team of employees toward achieving departmental goals for quality, accuracy, on-time order fulfillment, safety, and other areas of continuous improvement.

Must have beverage experience (lot code control, expiration date, warehouse storage requirements, damage control) and experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving components.

Job Responsibilities • Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of forklift operators in a warehousing environment. • Ensure that daily/weekly/monthly goals are met, and quality standards are maintained. • Monitor processes and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency. • Train and mentor employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties. • Collaborate with other areas, such as Client Account Managers and Production, on daily warehouse needs and resolve issues or concerns. • Utilize WMS to track and monitor inventory levels. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. • Coordinate with management on the staffing needs for the week. • Assist in Shipping/Receiving as needed. • Monitor KPIs of operators to meet expectations. • Maintain food-safe environment in the warehouse by following SQF standards. • Ensure order accuracy of pickers – final check before an order leaves our facility. • Maintain accurate records and reports. • Train and develop staff, giving real-time feedback. Submit reports on performance and progress.
