Position: Maintenance Tech
Location: Holiday Inn Express Tempe Hotel
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular room preventative inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Complete guest requests in a timely manner
- Performs security, loss prevention and all life safety responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve any engineering issues promptly.
- Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to address their engineering needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance budgets effectively.
