Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

 

We are looking to expand our financial services team by adding a motivated AP Clerk who is looking to get into a stable industry, join a great team environment, and have opportunities for training and advancement.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

- Accounts payables

- Vendor set-up

- Enter invoices

- Complete payments - Process check/ACH payments

- Issues stop-payments or purchase order amendments

- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos

- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports

- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

- Maintains historical records by filing documents

 

Qualifications:

 

- 1-2 years experience in AR/AP or an accounting role

- Experience using accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage

- Experience using Salesforce software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

- $22-24/hour

Schedule:

 

- Onsite in our Lawrenceville office

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
