Looking for that uniquely qualified individual who has cultivated a variety of skills and can bring energy, creativity, and initiative into this newly created position to aid in reallocating the workloads of our management team members.

1) FC Bookkeeper: Assist the CFO with accounting, including:

  • Prepare & submit invoices to customers
  • Manage A/R aging, Job Billing Progress status and communications with customers
  • Review, reconcile, adjust, and prepare financial reports for internal use
  • Develop and maintain reporting for division costs and overhead
  • General office administrative duties, including communicating with staff, suppliers & customers

2) Project Coordinator: Assist Project and Shop Managers, including:

  • Creates, processes and tracks purchase orders to suppliers
  • Maintains records of orders and follows up on shipment & delivery
  • Coordinates & schedules materials delivery for each job in cooperation with production schedule
  • Requires driving company vehicle to transport parts/products to/from customers/suppliers.
  • Verify receipt of materials is complete to be released to production
  • Work closely with management to determine opportunities to maximize profit and minimize waste
  • Managing company inventory

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical accounting skills, 5+ yrs experience, degree or certificate preferred
  • Desktop QuickBooks proficient
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Insurable driving record
  • Self-directed team-player
  • Detail-Oriented
