Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Exec. Insurance staff in managing day-to-day to-do’s as well as large-scale initiatives.
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within the prescribed time-frame.
  • Establishes workflows and timelines and ensures project deadlines are met.
  • Follow up with key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Develops project initiation process by defining project scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents and distributes project status reports.
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on the course of action.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus with the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
