- Previous paralegal experience required
- Position also entails tasks of a legal secretary/assistant
- Requires strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume, time-sensitive workflow
- Must thrive in fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Based in Walnut Creek or Oakland office (NOT REMOTE )
- Responsibilities include case management, calendaring, preparing legal documents, and client management
