Our client, a full service law firm, is seeking an experienced litigaton paralegal with 3+ years of paralegal working experience. Duties and responsibilities include:

· Basic knowledge of federal and state court e-filing and procedires

· Experience with document review software tools: Relativity, Concordance, Logikcull, Summation, Ipro, Disco, Everlaw.

· Preparation of privilege logs and other spreadsheets exported from document review databases for attorney review and service to opposing counsel.

· Trial experience, putting together trial exhibits and binders, assisting with jury selection, assisting attorneys with trial prep.

· Working knowledge of preparation of remote trial sites: logistics, food, equipment, witness preparation, court reporter acquisition of daily transcripts, etc.

· Knowledge of trial presentation software Trial Director or Sanction; including loading of images and video clips.

BS/BA degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program required.

MS Office, iManage, Trial Director, Sanction, Relativity
