Job DescriptionJob Description

Our clients growing and thriving management group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor repairs throughout the apartment complex 
  • Install appliances and equipment.
  • Maintain grounds 
  • Turn vacant units
  • Complete Maintenance repairs throughout the property interior and exterior
  • Collaborate with contractors as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance duties. 

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance knowledge ideal
  • Ability work well independently and as a team member. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge helpful.
