Crider Mechanical is hiring for a full-time Commercial Refrigeration Technician. This position offers $25-$45/hour depending on experience. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. We also offer a $500-$2000 performance bonus after 180 days based on performance.

Qualifications and Skills
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Good driving record with a valid Driver's license
- Knowledge and skills in the Service of Refrigeration and HVAC systems required
- 1 year minimum commercial refrigeration experience required
- Commercial kitchen equipment repair experience preferred
- Self-motivated
- Customer service skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in tight/confined attics and crawl spaces. Ability and willingness to work long days as needed
- Must be able to climb on ladders and roofs
- Attend manufacturer training classes
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
