We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with in budget.

Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Boyd Electric, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and budget forecasts.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • PMP certification (a plus).
