Commercial Sales and Business Development – Health Care

 

Restoration company that repairs fire, water, storm, and mold damage is seeking to hire a Sales Rep. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to expand our clientele, primarily with large healthcare providers. The position involves building long term relationships from the building engineer to the CEO. We accomplish this through one-on-one visits, participation in industry functions, organized events, phone prospecting, social media, and delivering on our promises.

 

We provide training, marketing support, and a company car. Excellent pay and benefits package.

 

Responsibilities

­

  • Identify high-potential health care verticals such as hospitals, clinics, and hospices.
  • ­Identify and build relationships with individuals with the authority to select restoration contractors to serve them when the need arises.
  • Identify and document the unique needs and concerns of the decision makers and organizations in our target vertical markets.
  • ­Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track activity and results.
  • ­Liaison with Operations to ensure our Company prepares proposals that are responsive to unique needs of these clients.
  • Remain involved while the work is being performed to ensure that the customer receives the quality of service we have promised.

 

Requirements

­

  • 3-5 years of experience selling to large healthcare providers such as hospitals, clinics, and hospices.
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
  • ­Able to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
  • ­Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • ­Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • ­Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ­Team Player

 

Compensation

 

$75 - $125k including commissions
