We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves contacting prospective customers, learning the product line, providing quotes, conducting customer visits, entering orders, and acting as a customer advocate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach:
    • Identify and contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Learn and stay updated on the product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about the products to customers.
  • Quoting and Order Management:
    • Prepare and provide quotes to customers in a timely manner.
    • Enter and manage orders accurately in the system.
  • Customer Visits:
    • Conduct customer visits to understand their needs and demonstrate products.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Act as a customer advocate by ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that arise.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Travel:
    • Travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for previous agricultural sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and material handling components is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
