Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the entire staff
  • Oversee guest services and resolve escalations or customer service issues in a professional manner
  • Create and adjust optimal staff schedules to meet club needs
  • Monitor inventory, supplies and overall club maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, promotional and event teams to plan and execute events
  • Submit daily and weekly end-of-business reports
  • Maintain communication with ownership on club performance, staff concerns, and improvement opportunities
  • Meet with staff regularly to ensure the high performance and customer service standards

​Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a manager in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when working with high-profile guests who value discretion
  • Clear and timely communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills with the ability to stay organized will overseeing multiple departments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and operations
  • Basic knowledge of safety, health, and compliance regulations for food and beverage service
  • Strong attention to following up on open tasks and providing updates as necessary
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects and manage them efficiently without the need for micromanagement

*Salary is negotiable and bonus pay will be determined based on performance.
