We are looking for a Aesthetic Advisor to sit at the front desk of our Aesthetic Center in Mequon, WI for a direct hire.

Pay: $18-24/HR

Description

Candidates Ideal background: One or more of the following: Prior experience as an esthetician, skincare background, a passion for aesthetics, retail sales front desk / receptionist history

Normal work hours: Mon, Tues, Wed 9am - 5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 4pm

 

The Aesthetic Advisor is responsible for welcoming patients to the facility and answering preliminary non-medical questions for patients. Responsible for patient retention/re-booking appointments and is the liaison between medical professionals and patients. The Aesthetic Advisor Specialist assists the Clinic Manager with projects, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front office and the goal is to make the patient or guests' experience with our organization memorable. This person must have a passion for aesthetics or a welcoming personality as their the first person each patient will see upon arrival. This person can’t shy away from sales of products as they’ll help patients select products before checking out that the doctors had recommended.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Achieves skincare retail goals, suggest cross referrals, maintain product inventory, organize the front desk area to optimize the patient experience.

Greets patients and guests and welcomes them to the Practice. Must possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Must possess a highly professional, polished personal image and work well with a team of highly trained professionals. Demonstrates effective relationships with co-workers, patients, medical staff and guests.

Answers telephone in a cheerful and timely manner with minimum rings and demonstrates a willingness to assist the caller. Receiving and conveying messages in writing, electronically and verbally to the appropriate staff. Duties also to include making appointments, discussing information regarding services we provide, and/or taking clinical calls from patients.

Helps determine that the providers schedule is organized and maintained. Proficient in use of patient scheduling and other aspects of our computer system.

Obtains new patient information from all new patients.

Takes payment for bills of patients, providing receipt of money, and undertaking closing and reconciling daily deposit procedures.

Orders miscellaneous office supplies. Maintains appropriate office supplies.

Scans medical records and miscellaneous medical reports on a daily basis.

Participates in continuing education in order to keep skills at the highest level possible.
