As our Logistics Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and maintenance of our broker partner network. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing key accounts propelling revenue generation, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Your interpersonal communication skills, negotiation prowess, and influential abilities will be paramount in forging mutually beneficial partnerships.


Your Day to Day :

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Account Oversight: Manage client accounts efficiently, overseeing the entire transportation process from order placement to delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Strategic Planning: Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing transportation routes, cutting operational costs, and elevating overall efficiency. Work closely with clients to comprehend their enduring transportation requirements, customizing solutions to meet those needs and foster account expansion.
  • Performance Monitoring: Act swiftly to address any transportation disruptions, working closely with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions. Implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations in all transportation activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, contracts, and client communications.
  • Continuous Communication: Keep clients informed about the status of their shipments, providing regular updates and addressing any delays or changes promptly.
