Your Responsibilities:

Training Field Staff:

  • Develop, implement, and conduct engaging training programs for all field staff.
  • Ensure training materials are current, comprehensive, and easily understandable.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously make improvements.

Credentialing Onboarding Staff:

  • Manage the credentialing process for all new hires.
  • Verify and validate all required certifications, licenses, and qualifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of staff credentials and renewals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and boards for credential verification.

Auditing Staff Files:

  • Regularly audit staff files to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Address and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Prepare reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all training and credentialing processes comply with regulatory standards.
  • Help implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate effectively with various departments to coordinate training schedules and credentialing processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on training and credentialing matters.
  • Report when staff have not completed their training on time or if they are about to become non-compliant.

Other Duties:

  • Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
