Job Summary
The Health Training Specialist role is a key position in promoting individual and community health by providing health coaching to patients across the service area.
Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, the Health Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health training programs that meet the needs of patients and communities.

- Develop and implement health training programs for patients and communities
- Provide health coaching to patients across the service area
- Work with Project Manager to develop and implement program goals and objectives
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective program delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
