Job DescriptionJob Description

The Customer Service Admin is responsible for insuring accuracy
of the job ticket, coordinating workflow and timely delivery of each job. The Customer Service Representative
serves as the liaison between customer / sales and manufacturing.
The Customer Service Representative is generally responsible for the achievement of the customer satisfaction
goals, and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Attend daily production planning meetings.
- Perform contract reviews at order entry.
- Monitor job status and communicate updates.
- React promptly to sales/client requests.
- Oversee job movement from prepress to shipping.
- Assist sales with RFEs and OEFs.
- Generate requisitions for outside services.
- Organize pre-production meetings for complex jobs.
- Update job tickets and manage change orders.
- Manage electronic file transfers.
- Utilize the Pro-Mail inventory system.
- Respond to after-hours inquiries.
- Greet customers and facilitate onsite OKs.
- Monitor electronic schedules.
- Ensure job ticket accuracy against write-ups.
- Procure dielines for vendors and handle spoiled work jobs.
- Review, package, and send proofs, making arrangements for client pickups if necessary.
- Communicate job status to sales and customers.
- Back up sales in their absence and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Prepress on job changes.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of contemporary printing and finishing processes.
- Proficient in software packages like PSI, FileMaker, ProMail.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and independent work skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Three years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

**Special Requirements:**
- Ability to handle and resolve problems promptly.
- High level of resourcefulness and positive attitude.
- Willingness to accept direction and collaborate with peers.


Reports to the Customer Service Manager.
