  • Initial preparation of case files, client management, requesting and negotiating reductions, managing and negotiating liens, client communication, and satisfaction, and ordering and organizing medical bills and records under affidavit in-house and by third-parties.
  • Reviewing medical and billing record affidavits for completion, ascertaining deficiencies and prepping for discovery.
  • Analyzing and organizing information into charts
  • Monitoring clients' statuses
  • Setting up claims with insurance companies
  • Managing invoices
  • Managing charts;
  • Communicating with paralegals when necessary

Education and Experience:

  • Any college education is a bonus.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Needles experience is a bonus

Soft Skills

  • Able to work on multiple things at once
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-starter
